Is AG Capitals Regulated?
Here comes the most important consideration, the legal status. The broker’s website claims that the AG Capitals Ltd. is registered in the UK. The license number is 10448756.
In addition, the broker also claims registration in the Marshall Islands. The license number is 92678.
Well, we are disappointed after reading this. Registration is different from regulation. Registration doesn’t ensure the security of the trader’s funds. If the broker goes bankrupt, the traders have nowhere to seek the refund. Only a legitimate regulatory authority can entertain a refund request. On top of that, the AG Capitals website doesn’t name the registration authorities. It is clear that the above-mentioned license numbers don’t belong to a reliable authority.
Just a few days back, on 23-11-2018, FCA (UK) issued a public warning against AG Capitals. The content of the warning states that the firm is not authorized to offer financial services in the UK. FCA also claims that AG Capitals is soliciting the UK citizens without any legal permission.
That isn’t a good sign. We come across various unregulated brokers but in this case, we are dealing with a broker that is NOT regulated but is still trying to trick the visitors by using the term “Registered”. On top of that, it doesn’t specify the name of the registration authority. Moreover, we can’t trust a binary options broker operating from an off-shore location.
AG Capitals Complaints
AG Capitals is a new broker and most of the world doesn’t know about it. In addition, if you Google AG Capitals, you don’t find anything other than its own website and the FCA warning issued a couple of days ago. It is a clear sign that the traders aren’t yet aware of this platform. The website isn’t receiving much traffic. But we are not happy with the false claims. The website lies about its legal status. The FCA (UK) denies AG Capitals by calling it a possible scam activity.
AG Capitals Withdrawal
First, you have to access the withdrawal form and print it (pdf). Sign the form and then scan it and email the form along with the required identification documents (one time process). The processing of the withdrawal transaction requires from 3 working days to 5 working days.
AG Capitals facilitates Bank Wire and Credit Card as the mode of withdrawal. The withdrawal policy doesn’t specify any minimum amount. The terms also lack any hint about the withdrawal fee. It just says that the fee depends on the selection of the withdrawal method but it doesn’t specify anything in detail.

They are taken from other websites and pasted after a bit of editing. The fees and charges are also hidden. It isn’t regulated, it makes false claims about its legal status, and there is nothing transparent. This is not the platform you should consider.
