RBinary Background
RBinary operates from Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands.

The broker was introduced in October 2014. $250 is the minimum deposit and $10 is the minimum trade you can place. The website is available in English, German, Arabic, and Russian. Please note that RBinary doesn’t entertain US citizens.
Apart from up to 80% returns, the platform promises a lucrative 240% return on a single investment. The broker offers more than 100 assets including Stock Indices, Forex Options, and commodities including Oil, Gold, and Copper.
Depending on the size of the deposit, RBinary promises cash back awards. The bonuses depend on the trading volume. Before falling for the awards and cashback, you must carefully go through terms and conditions. We always recommend paying extra attention to terms and conditions to avoid complications in the future.
Is RBinary Regulated?
RBinary is NOT regulated. In fact, FCA (UK) issued a public warning against RBinary on 21-05-2018 claiming that the broker wasn’t authorized to offer its services in the UK.
Prior to this warning, the BCC also warned against this broker in April 2017. If we go further back, AMF (France) warned against RBinary in 2016.
CFTC (U.S) included this broker in its Red List. In addition, Consob (Italy) also issued a public warning on 8th July 2018 claiming that RBinary wasn’t authorized to engage clients from Italy.
RBinary Complaints
RBinary hasn’t yet generated considerable complaints. Some platforms however have banned certain users for posting fake and suspicious reviews praising this broker.
The absence of a license is a serious concern. There is no way to accept or consider such brokers in 2018. Traders have already lost enough by trusting unregulated brokers during the past few years. These days, the regulatory authorities are active and life has become tough for scam artists.
In addition, the company address is off-shore. It means that even a private regulatory authority can’t convince the traders. We are highly suspicious of Ajeltake Road, Marshall Islands. There is nothing reliable about this address because it is associated with various other scam artists offering online trading platforms like TitanTrade, Greensfield Capital & so on…
RBinary Withdrawal
RBinary facilitates Bank Wire, Credit Card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Discover Card), and eWallet (Neteller, Skrill).
Minimum withdrawal is set at $100 and the standard withdrawal fee is $30, but it depends on the account type and the withdrawal method. The withdrawal process is quite long, i.e. 14 working days, from the submission of withdrawal request to the processing of the transaction. You must present your identity verification documents (one time process) before forwarding the request for withdrawal.
Is RBinary a Scam?
The track and pattern suggest so but we don’t really have any evidence. We don’t call RBinary a scam for we don’t have concrete evidence. But the platform is no different than all other unregulated brokers who eventually escaped after looting their clients. The pattern is similar, we have also received public warnings, and the off-shore address are the reasons why you need to avoid considering this broker.

Our Verdict on RBinary
The website is still active but we don’t know for how long. In fact, we have found that RBinary website is banned in various Asian and European countries. This is not a good sign. We don’t think that this broker has attracted a significant number of traders. We don’t see frequent discussions about this broker. Whatever we found seems paid content. The reviews are biased and promotional. We DO NOT recommend RBinary.
