The platform operates in Australian, UK, South Africa, and Ireland.
Is 365BinaryOption Regulated?
The website is functional as we write that’s a good sign but here comes the main problem. 365BinaryOption is not registered. In fact, all of the above-mentioned countries where the platform is operating require a license and this platform hasn’t acquired it from any authority.
Well, this isn’t an encouraging revelation. No matter how good is the platform, we can’t recommend it to anybody because no one knows how they are going to operate in the future without getting a license.
ASIC (Australia) has already warned against Oproserv Ltd. by claiming that it could be a scam. In addition, the authority mentioned that the company’s reps have been found guilty of making unsolicited calls about financial consultancy and trading.
Over the years, we have found that most of the traders stay away from a platform as soon as a warning is issued by a legitimate authority. The problem is that there are still enough beginners who somehow trust these platforms or at least give them a try. These traders are the scammer’s favourite target.
We don’t know if 365BinaryOption is a scam or not but we can only suggest you look for a transparent and regulated broker.
365BinaryOption Complaints
As long as the website is functional, all brokers keep performing well. They somehow manage to satisfy their clients by manipulating their policies. Same seems to be the case with 365BinaryOption. The website is functional and its clients are hoping to generate profits in the long run. This is why we don’t find any convincing evidence against this platform to point out a serious complaint.
Having said that, there are a few complaints mainly arguing that withdrawing your money is a tiresome and irritating ask. This is actually how a scam works. They first hold the client’s money, try to convince him/her that it is due to some pre-explained term or policy, but all these things are manipulated. Once they get hold of your money, you trick you to slip in deeper. Some unfortunate traders try to deposit more money following the broker’s advice. This is the worst thing you can do!

We are not sure about what’s going on with 365BinaryOption clients but we can easily say that the initial trends are not favoring the platform. After a year or so, the website may disappear and that would be the point when the clients will start sharing their experiences. We are still speculating though, but our speculation is based on our experience with over 90% unregulated brokers. This seems to be the same old pattern or as if a previous scam artist is back with a new name.
365BinaryOption Withdrawal
The platform serves with the provision of conventional methods of withdrawal. They include the wire transfer and Credit Card. No e-wallets are facilitated yet. You have to submit a written request for withdrawal. The process takes up to 3 days. The withdrawal process is subject to start after the approval of the submitted request. After that, the transaction requires up to 10 business days. Well, nothing is encouraging!
Is 365BinaryOption a Scam?
Not at the moment, but Yes in the coming few months! The selection of the platform’s name is a good marketing strategy because the number 365 has already gained popularity, it’s a quick reminder of Bet365, arguably the most popular sports betting platform. But we don’t find anything reliable on the basis of which we could avoid calling 365BinaryOption a scam.

One can argue that how we could call it a spam if the website is still running and people are still trading through this platform. The thing is, all scammers had their websites and they operated for a few months or even more than a year before they collected the desired amount of money to make a big score. The decision is up to you, we can only predict what’s coming!
